Prudential “express Ticket”

We are pleased to announce changes to our client tele-interview (“call-back”) process for Prudential XPRESS applications! This follows successful tests conducted over the past several months that demonstrated faster cycle times, increased completion rates, and higher customer satisfaction.

Effective immediately, applicants will receive an automated message with instructions to complete the tele-interview by calling the CRL [Prudential vendor] Call Center toll-free number, at 800-778-4243. The Call Center is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Additional automated client-outreach calls will be made during the first ten business days after an order is received until the tele-interview is completed. If the tele-interview has not been completed by business day ten, the Producer or General Agency will receive a task requesting their assistance to have the applicant contact the Call Center.

For applicants requiring special assistance (e.g. the hearing impaired or persons who may need an interpreter), it’s important to indicate this in the special request section on the application form.

It’s important to provide applicants with the “Prepare for Your Phone Interview and Exam” brochure. This will help to ensure the most positive applicant experience. Should you have any questions regarding this process, please contact your New Business Case Management team for assistance.
